📌 Recommended fabric

For cycling clothing it is essential to use fabrics with high elasticity content. The ideal fabrics must have at least one 15% of elongation (preferably in 4 directions). Some common options are:

• Sports Lycra (polyester + spandex)

• Spandex supplement

• Powernet for internal reinforcements

• Elastic microfiber for more ventilation

📐 Important: Before cutting the pieces, always check the direction of the stretching to ensure a perfect quality.

🔥 Considerations for sublimation

• Pre- shrinking: Polyester fabrics can shrink slightly when sublimated. We suggest sublimar before cutting to avoid mismatches in clothing.

• Use paper and quality inks to get intense colors without overloading the fabric.

• Recommended temperature: 190-200 ° C during 35-40 secondsbut always valid with evidence on your computer and specific fabric.

Use textured polyester thread or continuous filament for greater resistance and elasticity in seams:

• Ball-pointed needles: Avoid damage to tissue when sewing.

• Recommended seam: Overlock or flatlock for a comfortable and professional finish.

• For areas that require high resistance (such as crotch or reinforcements), consider reinforced with triple elastic stitch.
